Head of Product – Paradox OS

Mission & Responsibilities
  • Translate the founder’s strategic vision into a clear, roadmap‑driven product strategy.
  • Own the product lifecycle: research, prototype, ship, learn fast and iterate on week‑by‑week hypotheses.
  • Build and maintain the roadmap that connects business goals, user outcomes and technological innovation.
  • Lead data‑driven product analytics: define activation, retention and transformation metrics and connect them to business KPIs.
  • Prototype AI‑powered experiences, prototype minimal viable releases and validate experimentation with lean startup methodology.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with experimental designers, engineers, coaches and data scientists to create immersive learning experiences grounded in behavioral science.
  • Maintain an autonomous, high‑impact culture that is fast, experiment‑heavy and accountable.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years as a Product Manager/Owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech.
  • Experience with AI‑driven products, learning design or personal development platforms is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Figma and direct prototyping.
  • Strong analytical skills, system thinker and outcomes oriented.
  • Digital & AI savvy – ability to build and learn AI agents.
  • French native, fluent English, written communication in English.
