We’re hiring a Head of Operations to lead the delivery and execution of Beam’s most critical client-facing initiatives. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a mandate to build operational muscle that connects customer outcomes with our platform’s capabilities. You’ll bring both management experience and delivery intuition to help us scale implementations, build systems, and keep quality high.
You’ll operate as a cross-functional leader across Solutions, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring Beam continues to deliver meaningful outcomes with speed and clarity. This is a high-autonomy, high-context role for someone who can lead, build, and unblock.
