About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts across both service and product lines.

A successful candidate for this position is a strong international marketing expert and manager, with experience in developing and strengthening marketing activities of small‑to‑medium sized software development houses, with main focus on driving sales and customer acquisitions efforts through proper marketing positioning, leads generation, effective sales enablement & support activities, while leading a compact team.

The ideal candidate for this role has deep understanding of marketing, promoting and selling software development services to B2B international clients with average deal sizes of USD 500K+ level.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement company positioning and marketing strategy aimed at driving sales and product adoption among diverse international clients in Healthcare, MedTech, and Enterprise IT domains.

  • Lead strategic initiatives across:

    • Positioning & segmentation

    • Branding & co‑branding

    • Market and competitive research

    • Content & marketing communication

    • Account‑based marketing (ABM) activities

  • Relaunch and manage lead generation activities to ensure optimized funnels, realistic conversions, and measurable ROI.

  • Build and execute a full set of sales support and enablement activities, including:

    • Battlecards for sales

    • Presentations, testimonials, references, and case studies

    • Marketing kits and event marketing materials

  • Strengthen company credibility and market recognition through targeted PR, content, and event initiatives.

  • Balance in‑house and outsourced activities — keeping strategy internal and operations delegated.

  • Lead and develop a small, high‑performing marketing team (in‑house) and agency‑based.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience leading marketing in software development, IT services, or product tech companies (preferably with deals above $500K).

  • Strong expertise in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement for international clients.

  • Experience in Healthcare IT, MedTech, or Enterprise software domains is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent Ukrainian and strong English (Advanced level, written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.

  • Strategic, analytical, and results‑oriented mindset.

  • Self‑driven and proactive leader capable of both creating strategy and executing it with precision.
