What You'll Do
  • Elevate the company's brand across web, social, email, and platform.
  • Drive member acquisition and engagement through content-led initiatives and always-on platform activity.
  • Manage performance marketing strategies (PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates) to drive CAC and ROAS.
  • Build, enrich, and maintain a contact database, implement hygiene, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
  • Deploy large-scale multi-domain outbound campaigns to drive ticket sales, meetings, and deals.
What You Bring
  • 5-7+ years leading marketing for a conference, ecommerce, fintech, or marketplaces business.
  • Proven expertise in database-centric marketing, outbound programs, lifecycle triggers, and campaign analytics.
  • Comfortable with segmentation, scoring, dashboards, CAC/ROAS, and data-driven decision-making.
  • A network across Energy, Defence, Robotics, Advanced Materials, Space, or Enterprise/AI.
  • Experience converting event momentum into continuous platform/community growth.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, analytics, and CMS tools.
