A leading snacks producer in Europe is seeking a Group Process Owner for Outbound Logistics in Düsseldorf. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in supply chain, especially within the FMCG sector, and will be instrumental in optimizing logistics processes and capabilities. Purpose of the position
Outbound Logistics stands for the processes of physical customer order processing from pick, pack, and dispatch in the Warehouse until the transportation and delivery to the customer. In this position you are expected to :
Establish, improve, keep, and share group-wide harmonized logistics management standards (Policies and Guidelines, Processes, Systems / Tools, KPIs, Best Practices).
Drive and support business performance improvements
Lead capability build Group-wide for the area of expertise : Advise, coach, train
Optimize and promote end-to-end / Group-wide supply chain alignment & collaboration
