Your tasks
  • Global end to end ownership for sales excellence in service.
  • Lead global sales excellence initiatives to enhance sales process effectiveness and consistency.
  • Assess sales performance and market data to identify growth opportunities and reduce time to market.
  • Support regional and local sales teams for a customer-focused approach.
  • Promote and refine sales tools, methodologies, and CRM practices.
  • Strengthen Sales Management within our global service organization to align strategy and execution.
  • Equip teams with best practices in sales engagement and value-based selling.
  • Streamline sales processes for efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives to advance global sales excellence.
  • Assist management with sales performance reports and KPI visualizations.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a technical field with business insight.
  • Experience in sales excellence, operations, or frontline sales in a product/service industry.
  • Expertise in sales strategy and execution with a customer-centric focus.
  • Confident, reliable, and structured work style as well as strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and within an international team.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analysis tools, process management knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willing to travel internationally (10-20%).

This position can be filled at any of our global Voith Hydro locations (except Germany). The remote work policies will adhere to the regulations of the specific location where you are based.
