About the Position

We seek a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee our chest, breast and bone fracture AI Sales in the DACH region. This position will drive sales growth and expand market presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This position will develop strategic sales plans, establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the DACH region's unique market dynamics
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive the expansion of market share
  • Oversee and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to evaluate performance and develop strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the DACH region
  • Native in German and excellent written and verbal English communication, presentation skills and the ability to plan / execute educational sessions
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a field location (with occasional travel)
  • Desirable : clinical experience as a radiographer, technologist, or biomedical engineer
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
