Job Description- The Global Regulatory Affairs Manager for Business Stream Products acts as a central interface between the Business Stream Products and the corporate Regulatory Affairs organization.
- Coordinates the Regulatory Affairs organization in Business Stream Products to foster cross-regional communication and ensures best practice sharing to support strategy implementation.
- Communicates regulatory affairs related (global) topics within the Business Stream and ensures knowledge transfer.
- Ensures that global and regional Business Stream Products management are advised and supported to maintain an effective regulatory affairs organization.
- Provides input to Business Stream Products business strategy based on regulatory landscape changes, coordinates expert participation in relevant committees, and monitors regulatory affairs costs and business success.
Experience & Further Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (e.g. engineering, quality management)
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Regulatory Affairs field
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25-50%)
- Fluency in English (at least C1 level); proficiency in German would be a strong asset
- Proactive attitude and a strong hands-on mentality, with a practical approach to work
- Proven ability to build and expand a robust network of business contacts.
