We’re looking for a Global Brand Campaign & Marketing Manager to lead our brand activation universe — across digital, retail, PR, and community. You’ll own the full 360° campaign journey: from concept and planning to execution and performance analysis. This role brings the Activation Team together — aligning Brand Experience, Content, CRM, and Design into one powerful, cohesive engine. You’re both strategic and creative, fluent in brand storytelling, and ready to build campaigns that don’t just perform — they provoke.

Your mission
  • Lead and orchestrate 360° brand campaigns across all markets and channels (Social, Influencer, CRM, Retail, PR).
  • Drive creative direction, storytelling, and message consistency across all activation touchpoints.
  • Translate Banana Beauty’s brand positioning into bold, culture‑driven activations that cut through.
  • Guide and align the Activation Team (Brand Experience Manager, Content Creator, CRM & Community Manager) with clear objectives and timing.
  • Partner with the Product Manager and Design Director to bring launches to life with impact.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and creative deliverables — from first idea to post‑mortem.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance; turn learnings into next‑level actions.
  • Report directly to the Brand Managing Director and collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Retail, and E‑Com.
Your profile
  • 4+ years’ experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or creative activation (beauty, lifestyle, or D2C preferred).
  • A creative mind with a strategic backbone — you see the big picture but thrive in execution.
  • Skilled in cross‑functional leadership — you bring clarity, energy, and momentum to teams.
  • Experience guiding multi‑channel campaigns (social, influencer, CRM, retail).
  • Strong project management and creative briefing skills.
  • Confident communicator — fluent in English; German or French a plus.
  • You bring a growth mindset, see opportunities where others see obstacles, and move fast to make things happen.
  • Based in Berlin (this is an on‑site role — we build culture together, not over Zoom).
