Salary & Benefits

Monthly gross salary: €3,100
Performance bonus: up to €700 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Business Developer to join a growing team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Present and sell technical solutions to business customers
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
Requirements
  • German language: C2 (mandatory)
  • English language: B2 or higher
  • Proven experience in technical sales (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven and comfortable working with targets
  • Ability to work on-site in Berlin
