A leading marketing firm in Berlin seeks an Influencer Manager to oversee influencer campaigns and build creator relationships. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing and is fluent in both German and English. This role involves executing campaigns that resonate culturally and managing end-to-end processes, from briefing to performance analysis.

The Communications team helps drive earned visibility and cultural relevance for the brand, delivering thoughtful campaigns that support direct traffic and brand love. As part of the influencer function, you’ll work within a team that sits at the intersection of culture, content, and community – leading locally resonant, social-first campaigns that inspire and inform. This role is for one of our large international clients.
We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and creative Influencer Manager to lead execution of the influencer strategy. In this role, you’ll localize regional priorities and deliver best-in-class campaigns that connect the brand to culturally relevant conversations and communities.
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day influencer execution : identifying and nurturing creator relationships, leading campaigns end-to-end, overseeing briefing and contracting, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders and agency teams. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate and knowledgeable about the power of influencer marketing who knows how to translate brand objectives into content that is native, thumb‑stopping, and earns influence rather than interrupts.
This role is based in Berlin, with an expectation of being in the office two days per week.
