Location: Qormi Malta (Hybrid initial training on-site)

Job Type : Full-time Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)

Relocation: This role requires relocation to Malta (relocation support provided)

Support users via email, chat or ticketing systems (no phone calls in most cases).

Assist with platform usage, account access and content-related inquiries.

Monitor and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, ads).

Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and escape complex cases as needed.

Stay updated on platform changes, features and internal policies.

Collaborate with colleagues and team leads to maintain quality and consistency.
