We’re looking for a dedicated German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our fast-growing team in Malta. This role exclusively handles client inquiries through email and live chat for a leading e-commerce brand, offering a hybrid work model with two days per week in the Qormi office and three days from home.
Your Role and Core Responsibilities
- Email & Chat Management: Manage a queue of incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses in fluent German. Address issues such as tracking orders, returns, product information, and account problems.
- Problem Resolution: Navigate a wide range of customer issues, investigate problems, and provide effective solutions while adhering to company policies.
- Knowledge Hub: Become a subject matter expert on our client’s products, services, and policies, staying up-to-date on new launches, promotions, and changes to ensure current and correct information for every customer.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of written communication—professional, grammatically correct, and tailored to the customer’s needs for a flawless experience.
- Data & Feedback: Log and categorize all customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide insights to identify recurring issues and help improve service and operations.

Essential Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C2-level German proficiency is required; strong English (B2 or higher) for internal communication, training, and system navigation.
- Communication Style: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and empathetically.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Natural problem-solver with critical thinking to address customer challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using various software applications, including the CRM and communication tools.
