Our client is a leading international construction and engineering company with multiple projects across Europe. They are currently seeking a German SpeakingAdministrator / Office Manager to join their Life Science Team in Frankfurt.

The Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and supporting Office Manager with daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Administration Duties
  • Director Expenses / Credit card uploads to Concur
  • Book Travel, accommodation
  • Approving supplier invoices / reconciling invoices
  • Schedule Meetings and maintaining director calendars
  • Assisting with functions, tracking attendees and helping at the events on the day.
  • Reception cover when required
  • Keep office maintenance log up to date
  • Ordering office supplies, stationery etc
  • Photocopiers – recycling toners, meter readings etc
  • First Aider / Fire Marshall
  • DSE Assessments
  • Tracking Staff location
  • Organising Christmas Toy distribution
  • Assist the Office Manager with maintaining a clean and organised office when required
  • Cover any duties required when Office Manager is on holiday
