German-Speaking Email & Chat Support Relocate to Malta (No Calls!)

What You’ll Do

Respond to users via email and live chat – no calls involved.

Support customers in German and English with accurate, friendly communication.

Reviewing and moderating user content to ensure it meets safety guidelines.

Flag inappropriate content and escalating when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in German and good written English.

Detail-oriented, motivated, and tech-comfortable (Word, Excel, etc.).

Open to shifts, including evenings and weekends.

No experience? No problem. Full training is provided.
