As a General Manager (m/f/d) PC Cologne, you will develop and lead the Product Company across all dimensions—championing operational excellence, technology leadership, and innovation. To succeed, you will need

• University degree in engineering or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Senior leadership experience in multi-divisional, multicultural organizations (international experience preferred)
• Deep expertise in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and continuous improvement
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L and balance sheets
• Excellent English skills, good German skills
• Inspiring, people-focused leadership style with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a complex matrix organization and build high-performing teams
