How you will support us
- You will manage an international front desk team at the Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport.
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of all short-, medium-, and long‑term tasks in the front office (reception, bell service, executive lounge, business center, and switchboard) at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport & Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport.
- Your top priority will be the satisfaction of our guests.
- You will monitor our standards, optimize them or introduce new standards as necessary, and train your employees accordingly.
- Maximizing room occupancy and revenue at optimal rates (yield/RevMax) and enforcing early/late check‑out fees in accordance with policy should not lose focus.
- Together with your employees, you will design their success plans and encourage them to actively develop themselves further.
- You will prepare business reports, including monthly financial statements.
- You will ensure and monitor compliance with costs in the department and analyze them in detail.
- Strategic planning and goal setting for both hotels is also part of your responsibilities.
- You always act as a role model in leading and motivating your employees.
- You conduct department‑specific onboarding, training, performance reviews, and feedback meetings with your employees.
- You take on “Manager on Duty” shifts on weekends.
How you can impress us
- You have excellent leadership skills and have successfully demonstrated these in your last company.
- You have successfully completed training or a degree in the field of hospitality/tourism.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable management position.
- You have already had budget responsibility for a department and are comfortable working with numbers.
- Reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team are second nature to you.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with challenging guest situations (tact, diplomacy, de‑escalation) are not foreign concepts to you.
- You are skilled at handling guest feedback and solve challenges professionally and independently.
- Your skills are based, among other things, on very good knowledge of PMS, reservation, and backup systems.
- You are linguistically gifted and speak German and English fluently.
