About the Role

Deliver an exceptional visitor and customer experience at the D&B Frankfurt office. This role covers reception management and a range of administrative tasks supporting the Workplace team. You will create a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest has a positive and lasting impression of D&B.

Essential Key Responsibilities
  • Reception & Visitor Management: Welcome visitors and ensure all needs are met professionally.
  • Event & Office Coordination: Organize onsite events, meeting room setups, catering, and stock control.
  • Mail & Supplies Management: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and maintain office supplies
  • Safety, Security, Compliance & Sustainability: Manage site safety, access cards, keys, health & safety, and act as Fire Warden, First Aider, and Risk Assessor. Provide clear workplace updates, support ESG/ISO initiatives, and organize local environmental activities.
  • Vendor & Maintenance Oversight: Process invoices, onboard suppliers, and supervise contractors and cleaning services.
Essential Skills
  • Relevant experience in a similar environment or service-oriented industries such as hospitality, gastronomy, or customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong service mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and perform administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Open to change and new ways of working
  • Energetic, approachable, and representative of D&B values, ensuring visitors feel at home
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (O365) with strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills, punctuality, and time management
