We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals based in major German cities with good transport connections to support our growing operations as a Hotel Brand Assessor, helping to elevate hotel standards across the country.
As a Hotel Brand Assessor, you will travel across Germany to evaluate hotel brand standards and provide actionable insights to enhance guest experiences. Some visits may be conducted anonymously as a mystery guest, while others are scheduled. Using a tablet, you will score each area, provide detailed feedback, and communicate findings with hotel management. This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. You can work as an independent contractor either personally or through your own company.
