A leading technology company is seeking a Framework and Contract Manager for Multi-Dimensional Commodity Management in Munich, Germany. You’ll create impact by
Building a framework for MDCM
Design and integrate a global end‑to‑end strategic framework for the newly established Multi‑Dimensional Commodity Management of mechanical driven commodities, including supply market analytics, demand gathering, sourcing strategy development and implementation on all levers.
Align MDCM triple value proposition of productivity, sustainability and resilience with major stakeholders.
Drive change management to ramp up MDCM globally.
Compiling / establishing essential infrastructure and toolbox for the rollout of MDCM.
Define appropriate processes and tools for the implementation of MDCM.
Compile a legal framework including contract templates for 1st and 2nd tier purchasing of raw materials and components, application of 2nd tier conditions in various 1st tier commodities, as well as management of industry alliances, partnerships and investments in close collaboration with legal and other cross‑functions.
Consider and leverage region‑specific market conditions and regulations.
Supporting the Purchasing councils and Regional Commodity Managers:
Guide and support development and application of commodity‑specific MDCM strategies across different commodities.
Recommend / provide appropriate tools, processes, terms and conditions.
A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Fluent in English and multiple languages, including German.
