Overview

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a stellar founding team building a stealth consumer social platform for AI — the world’s first proactive intelligence network. Noor is a 2x founder who raised $6M from Google Ventures one day after founding xoxo and previously raised $300M for his last company, which scaled to 16M customers, 5B+ video views, $20M paid to creators, and $400M to brands.

This is a true senior, founding role for a mobile software engineer with 10+ years of experience (5+ in mobile), and a proven record of building and scaling consumer-facing mobile applications to millions of users. You’ll own the end-to-end mobile experience of our product, architecting and implementing a video-first React Native app that seamlessly integrates with our next-generation AI recommendation engine. Bonus points if you’ve built social applications, have deep experience with video/real-time streaming, or are passionate about AI-driven consumer products.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Design, build, and own the mobile app experience from the ground up, creating the interface that will connect millions of users with our AI engine.

• Lead Mobile Development: Drive feature development end-to-end, from technical scoping and architecture through implementation and release.

• Build with React Native & Native Modules: Develop in React Native while integrating with native modules (Swift, Kotlin/Java) for advanced functionality and high performance.

• Engineer for AI & Video: Seamlessly integrate sophisticated AI-powered features and deliver a world-class video-first mobile experience.

• Design for Scale: Architect a robust, resilient, and highly available mobile stack capable of reliably scaling to the #1 App Store spot.

• Set the Standard: Mentor other engineers, influence architectural decisions, and set the bar for technical excellence.
