Overview

We are a Berlin-based B2C fintech operating in stealth, founded by two repeat founders (YC alum, exit) with prior 10+ year careers in investment banking and strategy consulting. We recently raised a €3m pre-seed round and are now assembling a small, exceptionally strong core team.

Responsibilities
  • As our first dedicated Growth leader, you will own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy—from positioning and brand to channel mix, execution, and measurement. You’ll run high-velocity experiments across content, social, SEO, paid, referral, and offline; build the growth engine from 0→1→scale; and be a key partner in product iteration and roadmap decisions.
  • Define, test, and scale our customer acquisition strategy across the full funnel.
  • Own budget allocation and performance across paid, organic, partnership, referral, and offline channels.
  • Establish a rigorous experimentation cadence (hypotheses, design, instrumentation, measurement, learnings).
  • Shape our brand narrative and positioning alongside the founders.
  • Instrument and report on KPIs.
  • Collaborate tightly with Product & Engineering to turn insights into product improvements and growth loops.
  • Build and lead a lean, high-performing growth team (in-house and / or with specialist partners) as we scale.
Requirements
  • You have previously built a material B2C customer acquisition engine (from early stage to meaningful scale).
  • Deep hands-on experience across multiple channels (e.g., paid social / search, SEO, content, referrals, influencers, partnerships, offline).
  • Strong analytical and tooling fluency (at minimum : Excel / Sheets, attribution / analytics stacks, experimentation frameworks).
  • A product mindset —you know growth rarely lives only in marketing.
  • Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and a founder-like ownership mentality.
  • (Nice to have) Fintech or other regulated industry experience.
