Location: Stuttgart | Reference No.: Your tasks:

• Checking incoming pre-alerts
• Notification of the shipment to the recipient and coordination of the customs procedure
• Acceptance of documents from the airlines
• Recording shipments using in-house software
• Customs declaration via Atlas incl. arranging customs inspection
• Disposition and delivery as free goods or customs goods
• Preparation of the outgoing invoice
• Monitoring transit times and POD recording
• Preparation of liability documents and processing of transport damage

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk
• First relevant professional experience in the field of air freight import
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office products, Lotus Notes and ATLAS
• High customer orientation, the ability to solve problems and act systematically
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent in German
