Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyse the quality of products and services, guest satisfaction, sales performance, operating costs, hygiene regulations, cleanliness, workplace safety, productivity, and creativity.
  • Practical and consistent implementation of departmental and company goals.
  • Supervise service processes to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of F&B marketing concepts and ensure their smooth implementation across all F&B outlets.
  • Implement concepts for our renovated restaurant "Beletage" and future restaurant plans.
  • Conduct quality training for the entire F&B team.
  • Oversee staffing plans for each F&B outlet and actively support service operations during peak business periods.
  • Plan and manage the deployment of external staff.
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor sales-promoting initiatives across all F&B outlets.
  • Calculate and set prices for beverage menus, F&B packages, and special offers.
  • Train, develop, and support employees in the F&B outlets.
  • Independently lead the F&B service team and report directly to the Director of Operations.
Qualifications
  • Completed, solid training in the hotel or gastronomy industry.
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar or equivalent position.
  • Initial leadership experience is required.
  • Flexibility, independence, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident demeanour, and assertiveness.
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-groomed appearance.
