Responsibilities
- Performing preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on site on parking management systems and ticket machines in accordance with established standards.
- Identifying and resolving basic technical problems.
- Installing new equipment or upgrading existing equipment.
- Behaving professionally at all times and representing the company in a professional manner.
- Preparing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed company standards.
- Independently managing a spare parts warehouse.
- Complying with on-site health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Technical / electrical engineering background with relevant qualifications.
- Experience in field service, customer service and / or as a service technician.
- Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
- Good understanding of technical products and how they work.
- Good general IT skills.
- Class B driving licence mandatory.
