The gross annual salary is between € 64,000 and a maximum of € 65,900, depending on qualifications.Please note that we can only consider candidates who hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description

Tasks

• Monitoring and analysis of export control regulations (national and international, including ITAR and EAR)
• Advising and trainingdepartmentson export-relevant topics and tools
• Documentation and classification of export-relevant products, components, and documents
• Coordination of export processes, including application for and management of export licenses
• Ensuring compliance with Airbus directives and legal requirements
• Communication with authorities and conducting physical inspections for delivery clearance
• Maintenance and updating of sanctions lists and end-use certificates
• Optimization of internal processes and participation in internal audit

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, International Management or Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Several years of professional experience in export control and customs clearance is mandatory
• Initial experience in customer service and basic knowledge of process management
• Confident handling of SAP and familiarity with Google Workspace
• Business fluent English skills (at least C1) and basic German skills (at least A2)
• CV in English required
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
