Responsibilities
- Coordination and planning of events such as conferences, seminars, meetings, incentives, gala dinners, family celebrations, and weddings.
- Direct contact with customers and guests before, during, and after events.
- Preparation of offers and contracts, implementation of customer and guest requests in cooperation with operational departments, and ensuring optimal use of premises.
- Acting as the on-site contact person for customers and guests and actively participating in operations.
- Responsible for accurate accounting after events.
Qualifications
- Completed training in the hotel industry or event sector, with some work experience.
- Organizational talent, creativity, and flexibility.
- Positive charisma with strong sales ability and a focus on customer and guest needs.
- Proficiency in Office applications; experience with hotel management software such as PROTEL is a plus.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in working with people.
