The Position

The purpose of this role is to drive the commercial success of Roland’s BOSS and guitar product category for Roland Europe Group. You are responsible for achieving sales targets, managing product lifecycles, and executing go-to-market strategies that deliver results. This role blends product expertise with commercial focus, working across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure visibility, availability and profitability. You’ll shape positioning, influence development, and lead execution from launch to legacy. Success means delivering the numbers while building long-term brand strength in a competitive market. Roland’s accessories category is also included in the responsibilities of the BOSS product manager.
