Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance and risk functions for European operations, ensuring effective oversight of trading and supply chain activities.
• Structure and manage commodity finance solutions to support trading, production, and distribution of metals and alloys.
• Monitor, assess, and mitigate financial and market risks across trading portfolios and financing structures.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to optimise capital allocation, liquidity, and treasury processes.
• Provide strategic input on business growth, reviewing financing structures and risk management frameworks.

Required Experience

• Proven track record in commodity finance, trade finance, or structured finance, ideally within metals or broader commodities.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, treasury, and financial oversight in trading or banking environments.
• Experience working with producers, traders, and consumers of raw materials in international markets.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement financing and risk processes for growing businesses.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage across commercial and financial functions.
