As the ESG Compliance lead with focus on internal/operational sustainability related to Real Estate and Facilities, Energy and particularly Datacenters, your mission will be to monitor and ensure compliance to mandatory regulations / laws / directives on a global scale. By giving transparence to the set global framework, you will participate in developing our sustainable operations strategy and drive sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidating, monitoring and delivering comprehensive ESG reports aligned with global standards.
  • Developing, implementing and supporting effective compliance procedures and policies.
  • Maintaining accurate analysis and reporting systems.
  • Driving process improvements and assure compliance across our operations.
  • Ensuring the related team is adequately trained and aware of sustainability and ESG compliance issues.
BRING IT

A bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainable Development, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • First Experience in ESG reporting, compliance, Auditing, in the real estate, energy or datacenter sectors.
  • A thorough understanding of ESG reporting standards, laws, regulations and practices.
  • Experience in policy development, implementation, and sustainability reporting.
  • International and cross-cultural work experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ISO14001, ISO50001, EED, EPBD, ISO50600, Kritis welcome and preferred
