In our ES Sales department, we are looking for a:

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for launch new products and phase out old products
  • Preparing market launch material in cooperation with the Korean HQ and the European HQ
  • Analyzing market gaps and supporting the sales team to improve their sales by providing product material, needed product modification, product solution packages
  • Responsible for discussing correct price positioning in the market, competitor benchmark ( price value preposition per sales channel)
  • Knowledge about HVAC system heat pumps, ventilation and DX system ( VRF air conditioning, chiller, air handling units)
  • Responsible for product strategy and knowledge about, subsidy schemes in Germany new market trend, responsible for providing market share information
  • Cooperation with German association like bwp
Qualifications
  • Academic background in HVAC Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Sales / Marketing / Engineering in a related industry
  • Preferably relevant experience in heating or air conditioning related business field
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent ability to communicate with various functions and levels of organization and customers
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluent in Germanand English (knowledge of other European languages is valued)
