  • Review facts of case and apply Federal and State environmental regulations and laws to provide legal options and solutions.
  • Assist in environmental litigation and proceedings.

  • Provide counsel on NEPA-related reviews, including Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
Qualifications
  • Attorney with Bar license and Juris Doctor (JD) degree with 10+ years of experience in environmental litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in administrative law and environmental litigation, including experience with NEPA, CAA, CWA, RCRA, and CERCLA.
  • Proven experience managing complex matters involving both federal and state regulatory schemes, particularly in the Western U.S. and Southwest.
