As the market-share leader in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) industry our Windchill products are trusted by thousands of customers around the world. Within Subscription Management the Enterprise PLM Modernization team leads our account sales teams and customers through the modernization to our new Enterprise PLM product set.

In this fast paced and highly dynamic role, you will ensure that the business goals and needs of the Sales & Subscription Management organizations are realized. You will work cross-functionally across PTC to ensure alignment between Field Sales, Renewal Sales, Product Management, Operations and other members of the extended team to protect and grow recurring revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Day-To-Day: Achieve assigned Revenue Target & KPI Objectives

  • Provide transaction execution leadership to cross-functional teams comprised of Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, etc.

  • Significantly extend existing Customer relationships across our solution, contract, and commercial models

  • Drive and manage the entire Enterprise PLM Modernization sales cycle – from identifying the right opportunities, engaging focus accounts, building value propositions, and negotiating a close

  • Investigate and understand the needs of existing customers to help them recognize business value while accelerating their transition to modern offerings

  • Create a great customer experience

  • Help PTC Partners understand program strategy as well as the business value their Customers will recognize

  • Provide cross-functional recommendations that contribute to execution improvement, sales cycle velocity, and outcomes of EPLM modernizations

  • Work with Marketing and Sales to identify outbound campaigns that increase program awareness and opportunities

  • Agile mindset and comfortable working thru yet-to-be identified transactions

  • Business Savvy: Hands-on experience in managing sales opportunities including upsell- and cross-sell-motions, Quota Experience

  • Customer- and Partner-facing negotiating and sales experience

  • Perpetual Support, Subscription, PLM, CAD, SaaS, and Cloud knowledge preferred

  • Hands-on SFDC & MS360 experience preferred
