A voice AI technology firm is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this high-impact role, you will manage the full sales cycle, engaging with senior executives and influencing product direction through client insights. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of SaaS sales experience and is fluent in German and English.

We’re looking for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales across the DACH region and broader EU markets. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative discovery to negotiation and close—working directly with senior executives, innovation teams, and technical stakeholders.
This is a high-impact role where you will help define Synthflow’s enterprise go-to-market motion, influence product direction through client insights, and build long-term partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
