For our location in Freiburg in Breisgau, we are looking for an Engineer (m/f/d) -Characterisation.

Degree in science or engineering (physics, materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent).
Knowledge of and experience with characterisation methods commonly used in the semiconductor industry is required.
Good skills in data visualisation.
Material knowledge of silicon is desired.
Thorough and structured work approach.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Experience in handling wafers is beneficial.
General laboratory experience is preferred.
Silicon photovoltaic experience is a plus.
