A leading research solutions provider is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experiences for government and patent offices across Europe. This role involves managing accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, extensive sales experience, and fluency in English plus another European language. Travel of 25-40% is required.
Do you have experience of working with patent offices or government institutions? Do you have experience of upselling or retaining sales within these institutions and maximising opportunities? We are working in partnership with a business that represents products and services to the world’s most important scientific companies, government organizations, global patent offices and academic institutions to promote research and discovery.
We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Europe (UK, Germany, Spain, France or Italy).
The team you would be working with ensures customers have positive, differentiated experiences across all of their products and services. This is a senior level role that ensures that assigned EMEA patent offices and selected government customers realize the full value of their solutions. This role identifies opportunities for growth by building deeper and wider relationships.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in science‑related fields, business, communications, or other relevant disciplines.
Languages: Fluent in business English and at least one other European language (Spanish, French, German, and Italian preferred).
