YOUR TASKS

Assembly, labeling, final testing, and repair of mechanical and electronic modules for rail vehicles

Mechanical assembly and adaptation of components based on technical drawings and production documents

Support in the introduction of new products (New Product Introduction) and close collaboration between work preparation, hardware development, and manufacturing

Contribution to the further development of production processes and standards

Prospectively: Taking on additional responsibilities, such as specialization in a specific field or the technical guidance of colleagues

YOUR SKILLS

Must-have:

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in the assembly of mechanical and electronic modules

Confident handling of technical drawings and production documents

Precise, reliable, and structured way of working

Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written

Strong team player with the willingness to continuously develop and to take on more responsibility in the medium term

Nice-to-have:

Experience in optimizing production processes

Initial experience in providing technical guidance or leading small teams

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
