A leading provider of eDiscovery solutions is seeking an eDiscovery Engagement Director to drive new sales opportunities and manage existing accounts. The role requires 2+ years of eDiscovery sales experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. $75k-85k base
$130k to $200k OTE

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The eDiscovery Engagement Director is an outstanding career opportunity to develop new electronic discovery prospect opportunities, as well as growing existing ones that are utilizing the Lexbe eDiscovery Platform, Lexbe GenAI solutions, and services. This position is the The market includes law firms, enterprises, government agencies, and other organizations involved in litigation. The eDiscovery Engagement Director partners with Lexbe CSM’s and ESD’s to drive new sales opportunities and drive revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set demonstrations and appointments for Lexbe eDiscovery Software and services to prospects and cross-sell to existing customers. Continuously identify opportunities for customer development and revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Follow-up on web and phone inquiries, leads driven via webinars, email promotions, trade shows and events, and cold-calling, using consultative and relationship management.
Research law firms and organizations meeting Lexbe sales profile requirements to identify potential prospects sufficient to build a pipeline.
Execute outreach cadences within the Lexbe CRM and measure each stage of prospect engagement.
Responsible for the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual booked appointments/demonstrations goal.
Utilize Lexbe's CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated.
Follow company policies and procedures and additional sales-related duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE BA or BS from 4-year college or university.
Minimum 2+ years of eDiscovery sales experience in a B2B or legal commercial sales role.
Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating resources to influence decision-makers and navigate deals to closure.
Strong ability to learn the market and communicate with authority on the topics that are relevant to prospects and customers.
A highly motivated self-starter.
Experience in eDiscovery directly or selling technology solutions generally to lawyers and law firms.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
Minimum of 2 year of experience utilizing CRM systems.
Strong computer knowledge required, including Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Internet Browsers, CRM software, and eDiscovery software generally.

Working Conditions
Work remotely at home anywhere in the U.S., or in-office (if in Austin).
Able to walk/sit/stand as needed for extended periods of time.
