Responsibilities:

• On-the-job training combined with classroom education will give you a head start in gaining valuable work experience as well as earning a degree at the end of the apprenticeship.
• When you start, you will have a 1-month internship. The study program lasts 3 years, including time spent in our international offices.
• At the DHBW, you'll study business-related subjects such as law and mathematics, and modules on industrial management in the service and digital context, materials and production management, or business English. Both theory and practice will equip you with the knowledge and skills to analyze business problems, find solutions, and make goal-oriented decisions.
• Induction week to meet your fellow students.
• Time spent in our international offices.
• Workshops to develop personal qualities and leadership skills.
• Language and IT training.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent / university entrance qualification.
• Good grades in core subjects, especially math and English.
• Interest in business topics.
• Good communication skills, team player, eager to learn.
