The Strategy, Regulatory Affairs & Business Transformation Director holds global accountability for development of the RWE Offshore wind strategy. The role provides market, regulatory and competitive intelligence to the Board and senior management, sets political and regulatory priorities related to the Offshore business, and executes advocacy activities in close alignment within the RWE Group. The role supports business development and strategic initiatives and drives the development of organizational capabilities through mindsets and ways of working. It ensures high quality performance management, problem-solving and continuous process improvement by managing process excellence and transformation projects. It also oversees the development of the digital strategy and roadmap for the offshore business and is responsible for creating and delivering the sustainability strategy throughout the Offshore Business in line with the RWE Group Sustainability agenda.
