To drive our “Digital Business Partner” vision, we’re expanding our Team and looking for a Director - Sales Operations to help optimize our global sales engine, enhance forecasting accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making across our go-to-market teams.
Your Responsibilities
As Director Sales Operations, you will be a key business partner to Sales Leadership and Finance. You will lead the optimization of the sales engine, ensuring accurate forecasting, operational efficiency, and enabling the sales team to exceed targets.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and refine processes: Define, document, and continuously optimize sales stages and exit criteria.
- Deliver trusted insights: Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to provide accurate, data-driven forecasts.
- Boost pipeline performance: Monitor health, velocity, and conversion rates – and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize market coverage: Build and refine territory models aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
- Drive performance: Allocate quotas, track progress, and recommend data-backed adjustments.
- Design incentives: Collaborate with Finance to create and manage fair, motivating compensation plans.
- Leverage technology: Own the configuration, adoption, and optimization of our sales tech stack (including CRM).
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Finance or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related commercial operations role
- Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planning
- Proven track record of designing and optimizing sales processes in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC)
- Fluency in English and German at a professional level, both spoken and written
