Overview

Director - Real Estate Project Management (f / m / d)

Join our Workout-Advisory team, where an interdisciplinary group of experienced real estate professionals with an international focus awaits you. Together, we develop holistic solutions for complex property-related challenges - with a particular emphasis on technical aspects in distressed asset acquisitions.

What you can look forward to
  • Property Analysis & Strategy Development: You assess the condition, potential, and risks of real estate assets - including technical aspects - and develop strategic recommendations. You also engage external experts (e.g. lawyers, auditors, developers) as needed.
  • Management of Distressed Acquisitions: You oversee the entire lifecycle from acquisition through repositioning to sale. This includes developing business plans, managing tax and accounting implications, and implementing effective asset management during the holding phase.
  • Construction Controlling & Project Management: You validate technical assessments, review budgets, and monitor construction quality. You also support international legal development processes - currently with a focus on Italy and the USA.
  • Sales Processes & Stakeholder Management: You prepare sales processes, select brokers, coordinate legal documentation, and ensure a consistent market presence towards investors.
