Your Main Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy development and align between the local QC teams working on digitalization and digital operations
• Act as the central QC interface towards centralized IT functions and business owners, representing all QC sites
• Stakeholder management of internal departments, authorities, as well as external partners
• Develop, review, and challenge QC-relevant processes in the overarching network of sites
• Review and approve QC-relevant strategic documents

What You Have to Offer:

• 7+ years of experience in the GMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success as a leader
• In-depth experience with digital systems within Quality Control
• Proven strategic thinking in digital system implementation and validation to ensure lean and compliant analytics
• Extensive experience with QC-LIMS systems (e.g., LabWare); experience with SAP is a plus. Experience with computer system validation
• Experience in strategy development and implementation of digital systems for QC
• Strong and proven understanding of QC processes
• Demonstrated leadership skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and the capability to represent QC interests at the senior management level
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); German is a plus
