We’re looking for a Digital Graphic Designer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on newsletters and digital marketing assets. You’ll be responsible for designing high-performing digital creatives that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions across our channels. From email campaigns to paid ads, you’ll create visuals that balance brand consistency with data-driven performance, collaborating closely with the marketing team to continuously optimize results.

Your responsibilities

• Design and produce newsletters, email templates, and CRM visuals that are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for performance
• Create visually engaging social media content optimized for multiple channels
• Collaborate with performance marketing and CRM teams to A/B test creative variations and continuously improve results
• Translate campaign briefs and performance insights into compelling visual solutions
• Ensure all digital assets are optimized for web and mobile, meeting technical requirements for each platform
• Support the development of a consistent visual identity across all channels
• Stay up-to-date on trends in digital design, performance marketing, and email best practices

Your profile

• Experience as a Digital Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Knowledge in marketing channels and adapting creative for all platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (emails, ads, banners, social media content)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
• Familiarity with Canva and the ability to create assets while maintaining brand consistency
• Solid understanding of email design principles
• Eye for detail, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Understanding of motion design for performance ads (GIFs, short animations)
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for digital design
