Tasks

As an E-Commerce Digital Analyst (m/f/d), the following main tasks await you:

Establishment of analysis and reporting structures in e-commerce.Analysis of user data from digital channels to evaluate shop performance.Derivation of concrete recommendations for action for our customer journey, product range, and e-commerce performance.Setup and maintenance of web tracking systems (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager).Derivation of well-founded recommendations for action for conversion rate optimization (CRO), personalization, and content performance.Support with A/B testing and attribution models to evaluate campaigns and user interactions.Development of standardized reports and implementation of ad hoc analyses.Proactive participation in the digitalization process in e-commerce and close collaboration with the e-commerce shop teams.Creation and visualization of reports with KPIs.Collaboration with UX, IT, Marketing, and other teams to promote a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

You bring the following:

Completed degree in digital business, business informatics, e-commerce, data science, or a comparable field.Several years of professional experience (usually approximately 3 years) in digital web and data analysis, ideally in an e-commerce environment.Ability to understand complex issues, analyze them in detail, and present the findings clearly to a non-technical audience.Experience in the visual and user-friendly presentation of statistical metrics and analysis results.Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and experience with dashboard tools.A self-driven and solution-oriented approach, as well as a passion for new technologies and communication with our internal stakeholders.A basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies is an advantage.Understanding of key performance indicators, BI structures, and their representation in structured reporting.Basic knowledge of project management and agile approaches.Very good German language skills and ideally English language skills.For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link
