Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support for Windows 7–10, Active Directory, GPOs, Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, antivirus solutions, and helpdesk ticketing systems; manage mobile devices (iOS / Android) and ensure device security through enterprise encryption.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; manage Windows devices via Active Directory and meet service expectations through effective multitasking and SLA adherence.
  • Deliver excellent internal customer service through clear communication and relationship-building; remain adaptable in a dynamic IT environment and available for off-hours or weekend support when needed.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English with a valid working permit for a full-time job in Germany. Preferred for citizen of German or PR.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Office 365, and basic networking concepts including TCP / IP and VPN.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Intune for modern device and identity management.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and meeting deadlines.
