Overview

Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting, on behalf of a banking client in Kirchberg, Luxembourg, for a Depositary Oversight Officer (M/F/X) to support the development of its depositary activities.

Contract: Permanent (CDI) – Kirchberg. Start: as soon as possible.

The Luxembourg branch is newly created and expanding, offering a dynamic working environment with strong growth perspectives. You will join a young, stable, and fast-growing team where initiative, autonomy, and expertise are valued.

Your Tasks
  • Oversight of NAV calculation, income distribution, subscriptions/redemptions, and transaction settlements
  • Monitoring of investment restrictions and cash flows
  • Safekeeping duties: record-keeping, ownership verification, look-through analysis
  • Due diligence on service providers and sub-custodians
  • Liaising with internal departments and external fund stakeholders
  • Supporting fee calculations, KPIs/KRIs, and regulatory reporting
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Your Profile
  • University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English; good knowledge of French and a third language (Italian or Spanish) is an asset
