A dynamic startup in Berlin is seeking a proactive Customer Success & Partner Onboarding Manager. In this role, you will manage onboarding and lifecycle management for B2B customers, ensuring they maximize their loyalty partnerships. Responsibilities include guiding clients from setup to live launch, coordinating milestones, and providing performance analysis. Ideal candidates should be fluent in English and German, have over 4 years of experience in a relevant field, and be comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Success & Partner Onboarding Manager to take over the onboarding and lifecycle management of B2B customers within the qiibee ecosytem (partnered with Miles & More Etihad Guest and more).
In this role you’ll guide customers through every stage from technical setup to live launch campaign optimization and ongoing success management.
You’ll act as the key contact for customers and ensure each customers maximizes the value of their loyalty partnership through proper visibility communication and engagement.
