A leading software company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Executive in Germany. This role involves developing customer relationships, crafting success strategies, and driving product adoption. Ideal candidates have a strong enterprise software background, familiarity with SAP, and proficiency in German and English. The position is remote or hybrid but preferred in the Frankfurt area.
The Red Hat Customer Success team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Executive to join us in Germany (remote or hybrid position, but preferably in the area around Frankfurt or Stuttgart).
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to SAP by helping them achieve success with Red Hat and maximizing the value realized from Red Hat product subscriptions and services. You will be critical to the long term success of Red Hat's offerings and be responsible for the identification of new opportunities as well as the onboarding, adoption, advocacy, retention, and growth of the customer account you support. Your ultimate goal will be to cultivate excellent customer relationships and boost value realization for SAP's Red Hat product investments. You’ll need a good foundation of technical and software industry knowledge.
