• Assist senior service managers in supporting distributors, service partners, and key customers.
• Support technical training and help prepare service documentation and materials.
• Coordinate with service partners on daily issues and track service performance.
• Collect field feedback and assist in service improvement projects.
• Work cross-functionally with HQ teams (product, logistics, spare parts).

Requirements
